How to obtain a quote
If you are not able to bring your item to Steeple Claydon for a quote then send me an email
with as much information as possible about what caused the problem, a photograph of the item as well as the damage you require repairing. I will then send a quotation by return.
How to get the item to me
You can either drop the item off for repair at the Old Drapery or post / courier the item to me. When the item arrives I will then contact you to confirm the quotation and arrange payment.
I will return the item by Royal Mail or Parcelforce so please remember to include any details that will help them deliver the item to you.
How long the work will take
I normally return work within 14 days of receipt. If you do need the item returned sooner than this, please let me know and I will see what we can work out.
Where the work is done
All the repairs are carried out by Stephen on his premises at the Old Drapery. However furniture can be repaired in your home and cars at your home or at a location of your choice provided there it is somewhere safe to work and with access to electricity.
